ZuBazaar store fees |

These fees are charged to any business trading using a ZuBazaar store when a transaction is processed resulting in a positive payment being made into their integrated card payment gateway. Each ZuBazaar store owner must clear their outstanding commission charges before the 15th day of the following month in which the commission was due. Failure to do so will result in their store being automatically suspended, preventing any further transactions from being processed until the outstanding debt has been cleared. |

If an order is refunded or partially refunded within the same month as the commission is due (commission has not yet been invoiced for that order) then the commission owed on the amount refunded will be deducted from the total commission owed. If a full or partial refund is processed after the commission is invoiced for payment (within the next calendar month or any time after the invoice date) then the commission will not be refunded by ZuBazaar. |

Additional charges and services |

If you wish to integrate your ZuBazaar store into your own company website, your business will have to purchase and install an SSL key to secure your checkout pages prior to launching your website. All SSL keys will be purchased at cost price to your business and installed for free. |

All hosting and email services will be provided for free for your website domain as long as your ZuBazaar store is active. |

Any additional shopping related functionality that is not currently provided within ZuBazaar will be developed and integrated into your store for free. Charges may be incurred for the development of any non-shopping related functionality that may be required within your company website. This can be discussed with our customer services representative and rates agreed prior to any work commencing. |

ZuBazaar has an open and honest charging policy. Our "no sale - no fee" charging policy ensures that ZuBazaar has a vested interest in helping your business to maximise exposure and generate additional sales. We do not have any hidden charges. |
