Delivery
We endeavour to dispatch all CDs within two days (Monday to Friday), however if this is not possible we will contact you. We use Royal Mail for small consignments and couriers for bulk orders. We aim to keep all CDs on the website in stock, however, if we have temporarily sold out of your chosen CD we will contact you directly with an expected delivery date. If this is unacceptable you are free to re-select or cancel your order.
Payment
All items must be paid for in full before we can dispatch them. You can make payment on our website via Sagepay, a completely secure on-line payment system.
Downloads are £10ea. inc VAT unless otherwise stated on the details page, and also must be paid for in advance via Sagepay.
Postage and Packing
UK Mainland: single CD - postage and packing £1.50.
For bulk orders, i.e. per box of 25 we will quote for UK mainland delivery and if further afield, advise by email with an estimated cost. You can then confirm if you wish us to proceed and despatch.
Returns and Refunds
We will refund or replace any CD if it arrives in a damaged condition, provided it is first returned to us for checking, and we will also refund your postage in those circumstances.
We cannot replace or refund a CD for any other reason if the outer cellophane wrapping has been removed.
Website Data
All our prices are shown in £ sterling and include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%, but do not include delivery charges. We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time including to cover any increase in VAT. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order except in the instance where an error has occurred with the data entry. In the event that an error is discovered with the price of any CD you may have ordered we will inform you as soon as we can whereupon we will give you the option of amending your order at the correct price, or cancelling it.
Data Privacy
Your payment is processed by SagePay. All customer information is kept strictly confidential on a secure encrypted server. We do not keep credit or debit card information. Customer information is only used for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order and for our mailing list and member’s area. We do NOT and will NOT pass your details to any third party.
For copyright reasons any users that download routes may have their computer IP addresses recorded to monitor file usage.
We conform to the requirements of the Data protection act 1998.

This also includes route downloads and CDs; unauthorized copying, re-recording, broadcasting, public performance, hiring or rental of the recordings in whatever manner is strictly prohibited. Downloads can be copied on to personal music players such as iPods, MP3 Players and also to blank CDs for use in the car or at home, users are limited to coping the material only for THEIR OWN personal use, maps included in the packaged route downloads may be printed for use with the audio files.
